Bela Emerson Passionate and exciting, both musically and visually, Bela
Emerson captivates audiences with her unique performances using
electric cello, realtime samples and guitar effects. Layers of rhythm
and sound are created from every bit of the instrument, to mesmeric
effect. This performance will also be complemented by visuals from

1996 MikrophonMusiker; Auseinandersetzung mit Akustischer Ökologie in
Form von Feldaufnahmen der Gesellschaft und Natur. Autodidakt,
Soundscape Kompositionen, Klanginstallationen und Elektroakustische
Aufführungen im In- und Ausland. DJ-Tätigkeit im In- und Ausland für
experimentelle Musik und Klangkunst

He Tears Consume works and lives in Berlin (Germany). independent
curator and author focussing on sound art, media cultures in Eastern
and Central Europe. European Cultural Studies, Arts, Political Science;
M.A. thesis Neue Sentimentale Kroatie (NSK) – analysis of artistic
strategies in the context of the 1980s (published 2002). PhD grant of
the Berlin Senate. dissertation researches a paradigmatic shift in the
way artists reflect the historical avantgarde and the notation of
utopia in visual and aound art projects of the 1980s and 1990s in (ex-)
Yugoslavia. He Tears Consume will play a solo set with bass guitar,
modifiers and devices.

Jair-Rohm Parker Wells is probably one of the best bass players in the
world. the actual event features his continous collaboration with
acrylnimbus' electronics mastermind tobias schmitt.
